Demo Double Lap

Rick and I headed up to Soquel Demonstration Forest Sunday to run laps on two of our area's most famous trails. Flow and Braille are visited by thousands of mountain bikers from all over the world. Demo is truly a destination, and it's right in my backyard. It started out cold, but warmed quickly. Trails were in amazing shape. It was dry and sunny; couldn't of asked for a better day.
